Service 

For performers with service responsibilities in their contracts, there are two or more required serving shifts included. These shifts, which are tipped out at an average of $100 per shift, involve setting up before the shift, cocktail service during the buffet-style dinner, intermission checks, and serving intermission desserts. Performers will also clean up their sections after the shift is complete. Training for these responsibilities is provided during rehearsals, and once outlined in the contract, the serving shifts are a mandatory part of the agreement.
